Clan Membership Database

Clan Maitland Society maintains an offline database of members contact details to enable delivery of the yearbook and newsletter. Once a member is 15 months in arrears, the data entry will be deleted.

We hold email addresses of current members in order to send out occasional news items and to notify members of forthcoming Maitland gatherings  

Members can, at any time, request to see what details we hold on them, and request that they be updated or removed as desired.

Clan Maitland Society does not hold any details of member’s bank or credit card accounts.
